With nearly 30 years of brokerage experience, she’s a co-founder, broker & REALTOR® with Speicher Group of Hawai’i Life Real Estate Brokers based in Kapalua, Maui. With her husband Chris, she owns and continues to lead the Speicher Group of Long & Foster Real Estate, an award-winning real estate firm operating in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Her list of accomplishments are long and include community service and outreach, public speaking and so much more. She was the recipient of the 2013 ATHENA Award, where she was recognized for her professional excellence, for providing valuable service to her community and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
Peggy Lyn also served on the Board of Directors of Success In Style/Charity’s Closet, an organization whose mission it is to assist women and men in crisis become employed and self-sufficient. She was also a featured speaker at the inaugural WIRE – Women Influencing Real Estate event held in Huntington Beach, California, where she used her personal skills to uplift and educate female real estate agents to enhance their industry knowledge and grow their professional networks.
